    HIAS curriculum centres are relocating

    The four HIAS curriculum centres will be relocating week commencing 11 October 2021 to the following address:

    Clarendon House, D block
    Monarch Way
    Winchester  SO22 5PW

    Our other contact details remain unchanged. 

    Please be reassured that we will be remaining on the same site, just moving into a different building:

    Due to popular demand: second date for Living Difference IV conference -12 January 2022

    Bookings for the launch of Living Difference IV on 30 November 2021 have been very high, so a second conference date has been added on 12 January 2022. 

    If you are booked onto the 30 November 2021 event, you do not need to attend on 12 January 2022.

    Assessment in Religious Education in the Primary Phase 2021-22 is now taking bookings for Autumn term – 2 November 2021

    Delegates will receive training in appropriate task-setting in RE, using assessment to improve learning and making judgements about pupils' work in relation to the newly revised RE syllabus Living Difference IV.

    Kala the Arts event: 'Deepali - Light It Up' on 30 September 2021 (primary)

    Kala the Arts are currently organising a virtual session and face to face session for teachers on 30 September from 4.15 - 5.15 pm. Currently teachers who are working on creative projects: dance, theme of light, music, RE and drama are invited to this free online session. Further details in the attached letter. 

    If teachers register by 23 September, they can be sent some resources to look at before the session.
