Please scroll down for an index of where to locate planned units of work for the Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, according to Living Difference IV, the Agreed Syllabus for Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton schools (launched November 2021), from:

Additional Medium Term Plans for use with Living Difference IVHampshire schools
Access is free of charge for Hampshire schools. Click on the tab Medium Term Plans and log in using your school's generic Moodle login details. For any login queries, please contact re.centre@hants.gov.uk.Non-Hampshire schools
Annual charge is £120 + VAT
